註 ( Note )：

1. 若已取得臺灣政府獎學金(教育部、外交部等)、台灣其他機構提供之獎學金及本校其他獎學金者，則不得再領取此獎學金。

Students who have already received scholarships from the Taiwanese government (such as the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc.), other Taiwanese institutions, or other scholarships from this university are not eligible to receive this scholarship.

2. 大一學士班結束後未能獲得華語檢測TOCFL B1級測驗者，不得領取大二~大四學士班成績優秀獎學金

Students who fail to obtain the TOCFL B1 level Mandarin proficiency certification by the end of their freshman year will be ineligible to receive scholarships from sophomore to senior year (years 2 to 4), even if they rank within the top 20%.
